and an open floor plan with a large great room.  The master bedroom 
has a king size bed, and a soaking tub in the master bath.  The 
second bedroom has a queen size bed and an adjoining bathroom.

The second floor has a wide-open floor plan, with panoramic views 
from the large great room and kitchen / dining area.  This private 
suite has a large bedroom wtih a king size bed and pull out sofa, 
adjoining full bath, and a soaking tub.  There is a full size sofa 
bed in the living room.

Rent both floors and receive a special discount on the upstairs 
suite.

Recently refurbished, this 2-car garage home sits in a Soundside 
community, steps from a community pier overlooking the Santa Rosa 
Sound.  The community pool is easily visible from the house, and 
deeded beach access is just across Gulf Boulevard via a boardwalk to 
the Gulf of Mexico.

Largely undeveloped, visitors and residents alike love Navarre Beach 
for the sugar white sands and lack of crowds.  Situated near the 
east end of Navarre Beach, Village at Navarre is close to 
restaurants, public boat launches, the fishing pier, bike paths, 
watercraft rentals, and activities for the whole family.
