Vacation Rental Description

Located on Santa Barbara's quiet upper East Side, this cozy private  
home is just four blocks from the active intersection of State  
Street and Anapamu. Walk to the historic Courthouse, the Art Museum,  
shops, fine restaurants, theaters, bookstores, parks and all that  
downtown has to offer. Likewise, the beach shuttle is handy to pick  
you up on State Street and drop you at Stern's Warf. Leave your car  
in our off-street parking for a hassle-free stay.

This charming home is a free-standing, single family residence with 
private  
backyard and off-street parking. There are no guests above or below or  
sharing a common wall with you! We are in easy walking distance to all 
that  
downtown Santa Barbara has to offer. 
 
We take pride in offering you this very clean and quiet two bedroom,  
one bath home for your vacation stay. To accomodate up to four  
guests, there is a queen bed in the first bedroom and two singles in  
the second. You will appreciate the sunny breakfast area off the  
kitchen, plus the convenience of our off-street parking.  
 
Enjoy the delightful front yard garden and porch with mountain  
views; a sunny private backyard with BBQ and orange and lemon trees;  
high speed internet connection; cable TV; 5 disk DVD/CD player; local 
phone;  
range and oven; fridge; microwave; cookware and tableware;  
washer and dryer; iron and board; hairdryer; alarm clock; plus all  
necessary bed and bath linens.

Vacation Rental Rates

$1300 to $1500 weekly, based on two guests and depending on season of 
year.  
For a total of three to four guests, add $30 per night or $200 per 
week; i.e.,  
the weekly rate for three to four guests is from $1500 to $1700, 
again, depending  
on the season. 
 
$75 cleaning fee 
$150 damage deposit refundable within one week of check-out 
 
A 50% deposit by check or credit card* will hold your booking. The  
balance is required by 30 days prior to check-in.  
 
*There is an extra fee for credit card payment. 
 
Shorter stays can be arranged if a vacancy exists, however these  
stays can only be booked two weeks or less before expected visit.
