Sanddollar on the Beachfront in Pismo Beach

Sanddollar is on the beachfront in Oceano, which is about a two
mile
walk on the beach to Pismo Beach. Vehicles are allowed on the
beach,
but up by the house there is plenty of sand for sunbathing,
vollyball,
feeding seagulls that catch bread in flight, and sitting around a
cozy
campfire. You will enjoy the beach from your large deck with
umbrella
table. Each of Sanddollar's three bedrooms has an ocean view.
The
dining and living rooms also have floor to ceiling glorious views
of
white water surf. Sanddollar not only has a large deck across the
front
where you will sit and enjoy the ocean, it also has a garden patio
with
large brick barbeque in the back. The spa is shared alternately
with
one other house(Seagull), but neither of you are more than one
hour
from having it privately for at least an hour. Seagull may also be
rented if you have a large family. They are totally separate and
private, but can be combined to accomodate up to 17 people.

Rates range from $1,950 in low season to $2,650 week in high
season.
Daily rates range from $350 to $425 per night, two night
minimum off season, summer is mostly by the week.
Add
11% bed tax and $150 deposit. If you do dishes and give it
a good go without bringing it up to how you found it, add $75 plus 9% tax for
cleaning. That is our minimum fee to clean.

Retreats (gatherings of a maximum of ten non-related adults) are at the high season rate
in off season and an additional charge will apply in high season. More than ten (day or
night, on the beach or inside) add $500 per day.

If you rent both Sanddollar and Seagull (a two bedroom house on the same beachfront lot,
but completely separate) the maximum number on the property is 17.

Rates subject to change.

Cancellation policy: If re-rented for the same time period, all but
$500 refunded. If not re-rented, no refunds of the rental fee, but
you may have a last minute opening (a day or two before, so you
will need to be flexible) within six months.
