Our private home has a large HEATED POOL (South facing), on  
VANDERBILT BAY. Best of all, its Just a short walk (300 feet)to the  
beach W/PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS to the gulf of mexico. Its also a  
Private beach, because there are no condo's within 200 yards - No  
crowded beaches - its all yours. 
 
Our home has a warm south-facing view over Vanderbilt bay, which  
also  
gives you a Great Sunset View over the Gulf of Mexico. Its great to  
watch the sunset from our deck or go to the beach, both are great  
and convenient.  
 
The house is just 350 feet from the LAPLAYA HOTEL (the best of  
Naples), in an area where there are only a few homes, a private  
street and an easy walk to the beach. Its really nice  
to have no elevators, gates, or noise and enjoy the beach area. 
 
The house was just completely remodeled (New 18" Tile everywhere,  
new light fixtures, doors and Kitchen counter tops and appliances)  
and furnished with the best furniture, from the best furniture  
stores. You'll mostly enjoy the family room, which was designed  
around a 51" TV (High Density quality picture)w/cable. 
 
If your plans include a Wedding at the Laplaya Resort hotel or Ritz- 
Carlton, our house would be an excellant florida wedding destination  
for ceremonies, we're just 350 feet from Laplaya resort/hotel. This  
would be a romantic carribean destination for sunsets on the beach.
