Plantation House-Oceanview-penthouse in Playa del Carmen

The Plantation House is a gem in Playa del Carmen. Perfectly located on First avenue, which runs along the beach just one block over.

At the top of this Classic building is the gracious St Lucia penthouse suite, with a smartly designed sense of informal luxury. It's Caribbean characteristics set the mood for relaxation and light heartedness. The amazing blues from the sea are eminent from all angles of your suite. 

 Watch boats float by while you breakfast in bed or walk out to a large private roof terrace, where you can lounge on a chair or take a refreshing outdoor shower!

We reside here in the edifice and are always happy to accommodate our
guests.

While the first amenitiy of our suite is in fact, it's relaxing design and sea views.

You will of course have the basics; a laundry washer, Air conditioning, Fully equipped kitchen, cable TV,  C.D/ IPod  Player ...

You'll find a quality mattress with fine linens, bathroom and beach towels.

Also included;  Free wireless internet connection, bottled water, house keeping twice weekly.

Available to borrow are snorkel gear (gratis), and Golf clubs are available for a lending fee of just $10

The sofas in the living area can accommodate 2 extra guests.

In our beautiful tropical courtyard there is a small pool where you
can take a dip, or
sit in the half moon bench and flick those jacuzzi jets on for a
little hydro massage.
Speaking of massage, we also have a professional masseuse who offers
her services in the comfort of your suite.

A beautiful turquoise beach awaits you just around the corner, where
you can relax,
safely swim, hire deep sea fishing boats, scuba dive, snorkel,
windsurf, kite-board, or
sail.
Around the other corner on Fifth avenue you will find an international
Broadway of
interesting shops, spas, cafes and restaurants.
In town you can play on a beautifully groomed golf course, and take advantage of our golf clubs for loan and save $20-$40

a short drive out side of town will take you to Mayan Ruins and under water caves.
