Vacation Rental Description

This mountain home retreat is conveniently located within the Split 
Rock Resort Community and nestled between Jack Frost and Big Boulder 
Ski Resorts. It is perfect for vacationers who want to experience the 
true Pennsylvania mountain life. It is located in the heart of 
Pennsylvania's Pocono Mountains only an 1 1/2 hours from NYC 
or Philadelphia.  
It is in walking distance to Split Rock Lodge and Lake Harmony Beach 
for your dining and entertainment pleasure. In addition, you can walk 
to the Galleria, the miniature golf course, the park, the basketball 
courts, the bocci courts, the volleyball court, the baseball field, 
the playground and the tennis courts. You and your family can view the 
actual split rock at the top of the street. The new indoor waterpark 
that is coming soon will also be in walking distance.  
The Galleria has a Movie theatre, Bowling, a video arcade with pool 
tables and air hockey, and restaurants. 
It is a very short drive to some great restaurants. Within minutes you 
can choose your pleasure at Nick's Lakehouse,Shenanigan's, Piggy's, 
Terra Cotta Cafe, the Club House and the Bell'Ago's Restaurant located 
in the Split Rock Lodge.

            2 single beds.

Rental rates include up to eight adults. Two night 
minimum stay. Occupancy not to exceed fourteen total. Rates are 
subject to change until the lease is executed. ABSOLUTELY NO PROM 
GROUPS. Must be 25 yrs. or older to rent and must be on site. 
 
Weekly Rates refer to a week that does not include a holiday. 
Holiday/festival 
week/weekend charges are higher. 
 
Weekly Rentals are from Sunday to Sunday. Check-in at 3pm & Check- 
out at 11am. 
 
$300.00 security deposit  
 
*Four Weeks or Longer, Tenant is Responsible for All Utilities.
