Vacation Rental Description

Spend restful Rodanthe 
Nights and fun-filled Rodanthe Days in this comfortable island home 
full of amenities and just steps to the beach. There is a dry entry 
from the carport to the first level. On the first level you'll find 
the large rec room with pool table, TV/VCR, stereo/CD player, and 
full wet bar with dishwasher and full-size refrigerator and 
microwave for your beach drinks and snacks. Just outside the rec 
room is a spacious screened-in porch, with 6-person hot tub, 
overlooking the pool area and the tree-lined backyard. 
Also on this level is a powder room, queen master suite and kids 
bedroom with 2 sets of bunks and a bedroom with 1 bunk. Just 
upstairs on the middle level you'll find a king master suite, a king 
master suite with direct access to a shaded oceanside deck, a kids 
room with 2 singles, a full bath in the hall, and a large, 
comfortable den with TV/VCR. One more level up is the well-appointed 
great room with beautiful ocean views, a gas fireplace and TV/DVD. 
You'll love the kitchen and dining area with another screened in 
porch for pleasant outdoor dining for two. Also on this level is 
another king master suite with a huge private bath featuring a gas 
fireplace, 2 person Jacuzzi, double vanity, and separate shower. 
Enjoy the 9 ft ceilings throughout the 1st and 2nd levels and the 
cathedral ceilings on the top level. There is custom ceramic tile 
throughout in bathrooms and foyers, as well as many large windows 
for plenty of natural light. This lovely beach home, nestled away in 
the pine trees will keep you coming back for more Rodanthe Nights - 
and days.

Activities and Attractions

There are many activities that any person or family can enjoy in the 
beautiful Waves community. Just a few of the many activities are the 
following:
- Exploring up to 70 miles of undeveloped pristine National Seashore
- America's most famous lighthouse, Cape Hatteras Lighthouse - The 
tallest in the country!
- Chicamacomico Life Saving Station, where the US Coast Guard began 
its service in the town of Rodanthe.
- Some of the best fishing in the country available on any one of 
Hatteras Island's three fishing piers.
- The free ferry from Hatteras Landing is about 40 minutes in 
length, and is one activity that the whole family can enjoy.
- You like surfing? Hatteras Island boasts some of the best surf 
breaks on the East Coast.
