Newly Renovated Ocean Oriented Home - with a Screened Porch out the 
back deck and a Gated Front Courtyard - at a great rate too!

A serene lagoon view greets you from all angles in and around the 
house. Inside, this Sea Pines home has new hardwood floors, tiled 
kitchen, 2 master bedroom first floor suites, a dining room, eat-in 
kitchen area, a screened porch, a fireplace and cathedral ceilings 
all on the first floor. 

Upstairs is the 3rd Bedroom, the sleeping loft and a full bath. 
Outside, the decking runs the entire length of the rear of the house 
and the screened porch shares the same lagoon water views. The first 
floor has an open and bright floor plan with lots of windows and 
skylights.

The living room has a vaulted ceiling, double sliding doors to the 
deck, a ceiling fan and fireplace. The dining area is separate, but 
open to the living room. The kitchen is completely tiled with a 
large greenhouse window and connected to a laundry room. 

There is a Kitchen Bar separating the Kitchen form the breakfast and 
sitting area. The kitchen has plenty of windows and opens into the 
screened porch.

Vacation Rental Amenities

1 King, 2 Queens, 2 sleeper sofas turn into twin beds in loft. High 
speed broadband internet connection, 4 adult bikes, 4 upscale beach 
chairs, gated front courtyard, screened porch, back deck, 
meticulously clean, 1st 4 years Sopranos DVDs. Air Conditioning 
Filter is Hepa filter.

We put a lot of care and thought into the interior design of our 
home. Our plan was to provide every amenity possible that you could 
want on a vacation. This exceptional home exceeds traditional 
standards. You'll find stylish, beautifully coordinated designer 
furnishings throughout. Included are all new mattresses and upscale 
linen in all bedrooms to insure a good night's sleep. Compare prices 
on other rentals on the street and you will see that this is a great

and a private bath. This room offers a panoramic view of the Lagoon.

of bike trails in Sea Pines Plantation; for Child Carriers, Tandems,

Delivery and pick-up is free along with free baskets and locks with 
all rentals.

The beaches of the Atlantic Ocean are only a three-minute bike ride 
to the east. Choose between a secluded beach or the Sea Pines Beach 
Club. 

Use of 2 different Plantation Pools, including the largest Island 
Pool at South Beach Marina.

Free Tennis Free 1 hour of Tennis per day at one of the Top 3 Tennis 
Resorts in the US, South Beach Racquet Club, HarTru Courts.

The  Plantation Club Pool is easily accessible by bike (only 5 
minutes) or a 2-minute ride by car. The restaurants and shops of 
South Beach Marina and the Calibogue Sound lie to the southwest. 
Walk, bike, or drive to the championship golf courses, tennis 
courts, or beaches.

Golf Information: Golf Discounts, 25% to 79% off regular rates, 
offered at 24 Golf Courses in Hilton Head through Last Minute Tee 
Times by mentioning our Villa Rental Program. Heron Points and Ocean 
Courses in Sea Pines offers twilight specials all year long as does 
most of the other on-island golf courses; this usually results in a 
30 to 40% discount. Lastly, for the most one hour of fun you can 
have on Hilton Head for only $7 go to the Plantation Club and grab a 
bag of balls. You can practice chipping on their chipping green, 
pick them up and putt them on the putting green and drive them away on 
the driving range. Takes about 1 hour and is a great way to practice.

Club has full facilities including clean restrooms, showers, an 
outdoor bar and grill, and nightly entertainment. The hard white 
sand is ideal for beachcombing, jogging, dog walks, volleyball, 
paddleball, and 'building castles in the sand.' A gated community, 
Sea Pines Plantation offers golfing, tennis, horseback riding, and 
miles of biking, walking, and nature paths. Everything is provided 
to make your vacation perfect. Located in the center of Sea Pines 
Plantation.

Guest Book: Other difference between staying in Sea Pines and other 
Plantations or locations is that you benefit from all of the 
amenities that a full Plantation has to offer. A nature conservancy, 
historic plantation ruins, a lighthouse, sites and scenes of Harbour 
Town, restaurants and nightlife of south beach. Other areas of the 
island are very commercial and crowded. Our private and beautiful 
house is located in the Greenwood Forest section of Sea Pines. 
Staying here is like having 2 vacations at once. The first is living 
in a maritime forest and the second is living at the beach. Hiking, 
biking, fishing, birding, wildlife viewing, horseback riding, golf, 
tennis, shopping, swimming, snorkeling and diving, water skiing, 
boating, surfing, nature tours of beaches, marshes by foot and kayak.
