Newly Renovated Ocean Oriented Home - with a Screened Porch out the
back deck and a Gated Front Courtyard - at a great rate too!

A serene lagoon view greets you from all angles in and around the
house. Inside, this Sea Pines home has new hardwood floors, tiled
kitchen, 2 master bedroom first floor suites, a dining room, eat-in
kitchen area, a screened porch, a fireplace and cathedral ceilings
all on the first floor.

Upstairs is the 3rd Bedroom, the sleeping loft and a full bath.
Outside, the decking runs the entire length of the rear of the house
and the screened porch shares the same lagoon water views. The first
floor has an open and bright floor plan with lots of windows and
skylights.

The living room has a vaulted ceiling, double sliding doors to the
deck, a ceiling fan and fireplace. The dining area is separate, but
open to the living room. The kitchen is completely tiled with a
large greenhouse window and connected to a laundry room.

There is a Kitchen Bar separating the Kitchen form the breakfast and
sitting area. The kitchen has plenty of windows and opens into the
screened porch.

The advantages to this roomy home are as follows; first as for any house located in Sea Pines, it puts you in the middle of all of the action.  It will give you access to the Sea Pines Beach Club, The Sea Pines Plantation Club Pool, the Forest Preserve & Old Lawton Rice Fields, Fish Island, Baynard Plantation Ruins, Lawton Stables, South Beach Racquet Club (free tennis on the clay courts) and easy access to South Beach Marina (Salty Dog Cafe) and Harbour Town (Gregg Russell nigthly concerts).

All destinations are less than a 2 minute car drive away; 6-7 minutes by bike.

We put a lot of care and thought into the interior design of our
home. Our plan was to provide every amenity possible that you could
want on a vacation. This exceptional home exceeds traditional
standards. You'll find stylish, beautifully coordinated designer
furnishings throughout. Included are all new mattresses and upscale
linen in all bedrooms to insure a good night's sleep. Compare prices
on other rentals on the street and you will see that this is a great

Activities (on site or nearby): There are over 200 restaurants on
Hilton Head. Dining out is one of our favorite activities. Visit
these if you want to sound like a local. 1. Amigos Cafe Y Cantina;
Killer Burritos. 2. Its Greek to Me; Greek or Meat Sampler. 3. Red
Fish: Caribbean Sea Food. 4. Quarterdeck Lounge in Harbour Town:
stay with the cocktails, outdoor Calypso Music, Yachts and Sunsets.
5. Smokehouse; Barbeque Platter of "pulled pork" with 2 sides. 6.
Java Joes, Main Street Cafe, Just Pasta, The Bakery: this section of
Coligny Plaza is what old Hilton Head looked like. Affordable and
unique eateries surround the True Value Hardware; worth a visit for
a step back in time. Dress is beach casual. 7. Sea Shack:
inexpensive seafood delight; many selections. 8. Kenny Bs French
Quarter Cafe: hot and spicy; best dish is Sunday Brunch. 9. Mellow
Mushroom: pizza (house pesto), chicken calzone and 24 unique draft
beer selections. 10. Truffles: Sophisticated American Cuisine.

Boat Tours. There are many boat tours, kayaking and fishing
expeditions too numerous to mention. Best to wait until you get down
here and check out the tours in Harbour Town, South Beach Marina or
Shelter Cove and see which ones you fancy. Check out the local

Eco Tours. A Sea Pines Eco Tour makes learning about our environment
and history a rewarding experience you won't soon forget. Below are
six tours well worth you time, money and efforts

1. Harbour Town Tours. Join a guide as you explore and learn about
the most visited spot on the Island, historic, Harbour Town.
Discover the history of Harbour Town by visiting such places as the
Harbour Town Bakery and Cafe, Charles Fraser Statue, Liberty Oak, as
well as the Harbour Town Golf Links. $10 adults/ $8 Children 12 and
under; Mondays... 10 - 11:30 am.

2. Sea Pines Forest Preserve Hayride/Lakes and Forest Discover The
tranquility of our 605 acre Forest Preserve - filled with native
flora and fauna - is only interrupted by the activity of one of the
Island's most intriguing residents - the American Alligator. You'll
experience it all as your guide takes you past the Wildflower
Meadow, Heritage Farm and the Rookery, the famous nesting place of
the majestic heron and egret. $14 adults/$11 children 12 and under;
Thursdays, 3:30 - 5 pm

3. Stoney-Baynard Ruins Tour/Lifestyles in the Old South From North
and South to Gone With the Wind, the south's rich traditions and
heritage have intrigued history buffs and romantics for much of the
20th century. Join guides and explore the carefully preserved
grounds of a wealthy 18th century plantation and learn about the
antebellum lifestyle and the role that Hilton Head Island played in
the Civil War. $10 adults/$8 children 12 and under. Mondays 10:00 -
11:30am

4. Sea Pines Bike Tour/Past & Present Pedal your way through our
historic Lowcountry resort with stops at The Sea Pines Forest
Preserve, Stoney-Baynard Ruins, Heritage Farm, The Harbour Town Golf
Links and more. $14 adults/$11 children 12 and under; Bike rental
available for this tour at $4 plus tax.

5. Beach Discovery/Sound to Sea This tour starts over 4,000 years
ago with the formation of the Indian Shell Ring. Visiting the site
today, you'll find one of the only intact sites in the world. You'll
also explore how the British Settlement impacted Island life,
plantation living during the 18th century and how this area has been
preserved for future generations. Get a close-up view of the
abundant plant and animal life of the Forest Preserve. $10 adults/$8
children 12 and under. Tuesdays and Saturdays 10:00 - 11:30 am

6. Sea Pines Forest Preserve Horseback Tour Sit tall in the saddle
as you explore our 605 acre Forest Preserve on Horseback. Learn
about the Woodland-period Indians who lived 4,000 years ago. Pony
rides are also available. Call Lawton Stables directly for
reservations.

Advanced reservations are required for all Eco Tours and can be made
by calling the Sea Pines Recreation Department. All reservations are
subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy.
