Great Place to Take Family for Vacation

If you are considering renting this condo for your vacation, do it now! Lynn and Harry have done a fantastic job preparing and maintaining their condo for your vacation. We have been coming to Indian Rocks Beach for 8 years now and have stayed at four different properties. All of the properties were nice but this property was perfect. My wife summed it up by saying, "This is the first place we have stayed that we have not had something we would like different." With rental properties there are always issues that can come up do to abuse by guests. This condo had absolutely no issues and had nothing that needed fixed or updated. As a matter of fact the unit appears like new. The kitchen is amazing and we ended up eating in more than in the past as it was so easy to prepare meals for our family of six. As for the cleanliness of the unit, my wife noted this was the best cleaning person we have ever had. Normally there are things that need cleaned that have been missed by cleaning people. Not this unit, we met the lady that cleaned the unit and she definitely takes pride in her work and it shows. One negative about this rental is that I will now have to buy living room furniture like that in the condo as my wife loved it. There were plenty of towels and linens for our family and the large washer and dryer made it easy to keep laundry cleaned, no mini units here. The complex was very nice as well and there was always plenty of room at the pool. I do not believe there are a lot of rental units here as we only saw two other families while we were here. The balcony views of the Gulf are to die for and we spent hours on the balcony eating, reading, and playing. This unit is very soundproof as well, we never heard the family next to us or the traffic from the beach access. Lynn and Harry met us the first day and were very nice to work with throughout the entire booking process. If you are looking for a great place to spend time with the family, this is it! We will make this out summer vacation destination as long as Lynn and Harry will have us.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, romantic getaway
