Vacation Rental Description

This family oriented home sits in an open cove just off the main
channel and overlooks the Hurricane Deck Bridge.  This home is one
story with two bedrooms and one bath.
This home contains a living room with fireplace and sofa sleeper,
kitchen with breakfast bar, two bedrooms (queen, full & twin beds,
full size futon) and one tub/shower
bathroom.  The entry area and kitchen have additional access to the
large sun deck, and vaulted outdoor sitting area that overlook the 
Lake.
This landscaped property is a true paradise for lake vacationers. 
Guests have access to plenty of open parking garage and will truly
enjoy the terraced yard,large oak trees, and shaded deck with a gas
grill.    Water and boat lovers
will enjoy the large covered dock with one boat slip (10X26)and swim 
deck.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This 1,100 square foot vacation rental is available year around and
features central heating and air conditioning, TV, VCR, phone, all
bedding, bath and dish towels, and iron with
ironing board.  The kitchen is fully furnished and includes a
dishwasher, range, microwave, and refrigerator.  Other features
include weekly trash pick-up, open parking, and laundry
room access.  A covered boat slip (10x26) is available to rent on the
private dock for $10.00 per day.
Guests are asked to provide their own beach towels, life jackets
(required for children under 12), food, soaps, and personal items.

Activities and Attractions

This wonderful property offers spectacular views of the lake
(especially during the evening sunsets) and excellent fishing with
planted crappie beds.  This "quiet-side of the lake" retreat is just
10-15 minutes away from all the action on the other side of the 
lake -
Bagnell Dam, Lake Ozarks, and Osage Beach - via the community bridge.

Vacation Rental Rates

Off-Season (Labor Day - April) ..........$105.00/night.
In-Season (May - June)...................$195.30/night.
Peak Season (July - Labor Day)...........$210.00/night.
15% discount for Weekday stays.
Full Week Stays get one weekday free!
Rates are based on a 6 person occupancy.  Additional
guests charged $10 per night.
On site boat slip rental is $10.00 per day.
Baby cribs are available for $10.00 per day.
Cleaning fee - $90.
Pet Friendly - $20 per day per pet - 2 pet limit.
Early arrival/late departure fee - $75.
