Vacation Rental Description

If you are looking for a perfect vacation getaway filled with fun, 
sunshine, crystal blue ocean water and white sandy beaches, LOOK NO 
FURTHER. Our beautiful, just constructed and furnished apartment 
villa is located in one of the Dominican Republics most quaint 
communities, Palma Real Villas at Cocotal Golf & Country Club, Punta 
Cana.
The villa is a short distance from a pristine white sandy beach.  
Relax on the secluded beach, or by your exquisite private pool which 
is on the 7th Hole of Cocotal Golf & Country Club.   Within a five 
minute drive you can be one of the first to experience the new 
magnificent "Manatee Park Bávaro", with its performing dolphins and 
sea lions.  

Our 145 SM newly built and decorated villa features a large open 
living/dining room area with a private balcony, fully furnished 
kitchen and two spacious bedrooms with furnishings.  The master 
bedroom has a king size bed with mahogany French doors that open up 
to a private balcony.  The second bedroom has a queen size bed with 
a view that overlooks the pool. The living room downstairs has a sofa 
with a queen size bed that sleeps two guests.  Our villa also has 
three full bathrooms which feature marble tiled shower/tub units.

Our Villa has a full time staff which includes a manager, 24 hour 
security and cleaning personnel. Our office has internet and 800 
telephone access for your convenience.

$700/week (2 Guests) ... $7,000/month (6 Guests).   
Jun/01/06-Nov/30/06: $700/Weekly (2 Guests) 
Jun/01/06-Nov/30/06: $1,100/Weekly (4 Guests) 
Jun/01/06-Nov/30/06: $1,500/Weekly (6 Guests)
Dec/01/05-May/31/06: $900/Weekly (2 Guests) 
Dec/01/05-May/31/06: $1,500/Weekly (4 Guests) 
Dec/01/05-May/31/06: $2,000/Weekly (6 Guests)

Pets NOT allowed.

If the arrival date is less than 60 days, we request full payment 
within 5 days.
If the arrival date is more than 60 days but less than 6 months, we 
request 50%
within 5 days & balance within 45 days prior to arrival. 
Casa de Lil employee will meet your flight & transport bags. Taxi 
will cost $30.
All rates include utilities, local phone, Internet Access (DSL) & 
cable TV.   
$500.00 Refundable Security Deposit.   Refunded within 14 days of 
departure minus any damages.
