Vacation Rental Description

This is a great house for the family vacation and Lake of the Ozarks is a great lake for a family  
vacation. Not only is the lake wonderful for swimming, skiing, tubing, fishing, boating, and jet  
skiing. You can also rent boats, wave runners, charter a boat and driver, or go on a dinner cruise.  
There are lots of ways to get out on the water.   
 
Lake of the Ozarks is also a great place to enjoy nature by hiking, golfing, exploring the local  
caves and even taking a scenic airplane ride over the lake area. Then there's the dining, shopping,  
go carting, miniature golf, water parks and lots and lots more. You and the kids won't be bored. 
   
Our Bill & Ruby's house is a great place to call home when you enjoy the area. This 1220 square foot  
private lake-front home is located in Davey Cove at the 11 mile marker, Sunrise Beach. The cove is  
large and open and is "No-Wake" in front of the house. You'll appreciate the calm water at your home  
base.

close by). Two gas docks and boat rentals are in Davey Cove and a wonderful Public Access Boat ramp  
is ¼ mile away. 

Activities and Attractions

Lake of the Ozarks has an abundance of golf courses, boating, and  
fishing opportunities.  There are sightseeing opportunities such as  
the Bagnell Dam, Ha Ha Tonka Castle, the State Park, and Bridal  
Cave along with shopping at the 110 store Outlet Mall and  
countless other unique shops and galleries. For the kids and young  
at heart there are arcades, miniature golf, go carts, and water  
parks.

Vacation Rental Rates

September 5 - October 31, 2008  
Weeknights: $140 per night, $840 per week 
 
Book 6 nights and the 7th is free!! 
 
Three night minimum. 
$200 security deposit is required at the time of booking. 
Sales and lodging tax applies to all rates. 
Cleaning Fee = $75
