Cute and cozy cottage on Cayuga Lake. Relaxation awaits you for a
bargain price! Don't let that fool you though - you will find a
cozy wainscoated cottage with one bedroom with a queen size bed,
cheerful fully equipped kitchen, and an enclosed porch with a set of
bunk beds and a hollywood day bed. The porch has panoramic views of the lake as well as a ceiling fan. A private dock, gas grill, and shared use of a rowboat
and a canoe are also included for your enjoyment.
All you will need to bring is your fishing pole, sun tan lotion, a
good book, and linens for your stay!

Walk to 2 nice restaurants, ice cream parlor, 1/8 mile to Cayuga
Lake State Park.
Just off the Cayuga Lake Wine Trail
15 minutes to Waterloo Prime Outlets, 45 minutes to Rochester,
Syracuse, and Ithaca.
Lots of antique shops in the area, Amish and Mennonite crafts too!

We are located in Seneca Falls, NY
New Bass Pro Shop - 15 minute drive!

Rate for 2009 will be $500 per week
Seasonal cottage renting from May - October
Non-refundable deposit required to hold
Housekeeping Cottage - you must leave the cottage in the same clean
condition as you find it, bring your own sheets and towels.
Check in Saturday 1:00 pm - Check out Saturday 10:00am
