Vacation Rental Description

Situated on the 6th hole of the Cane Garden Championship course,this 
recently completed designer retreat can be your "home away from 
home". Enjoy The Villages and all of its' amenities in true comfort. 
This lovely home can acommodate 4-6, and is located on the Liberty 
Park section, off Buena Vista Blvd. The Carribean decor reflects the 
talents of the owner, a professional decorator. Relax in an 
environment created to reflect style, warmth and elegance. Fully 
furnished and equipped with state of the art 
appliances,kitchen/cooking utensils, tv's, stereo, washer, dryer, 
self-cleaning oven, and all linens. All utilities, trash, lawn 
service, cable TV and local phone service are provided; a calling 
card is required for long distance. Unwind and relax in the 
formal living room with overstuffed furniture or enjoy the lanai and 
watch the sun go down behind a pond and the golf greens. 
      

Vacation Rental Amenities

A fully contained 55 + community, there is shopping, movies bowling 
and quaint shops at your disposal.  Each of the 2 Town Squares, 
Spanish Springs and Sumpter Landing areas, offer free live music and 
2 for 1 Happy Hour drinks every night! Meet new and old friends then 
head off to dinner at one of the many restaurants on the Squares or 
at the Clubhouses, which have inviting environments and wonderful 
food. There is a wide variety of houses of worship, as 
well as a hospital and several libraries within the community. 

Activities and Attractions

All guests at The Villages are entitled to play on any of the 17 
nine hole Executive Courses and a nominal fee to play the 
championship, 27 hole courses.  There are driving ranges and golf 
instruction is always available.  With over 300 free clubs, all 
activities are waiting for your participation --tennis, softball,  
horseshoes and more, as well as educational programs.
Only a short drive from Disney World and Cape Canaveral gives you 
the opportunity to explore outside The Villages. Sun lovers will 
delight in the family and adult pools located all over The Villages.  
You are welcomed to visit any of them, as well as the recreation 
centers which provide, yoga, aerobics, etc. Don't forget about the 
wild Buffalo, located in various pastures all around the complex. 
They are more than willing to let you take a picture to provide you 
with another lasting memory from The Villages!!  

Vacation Rental Rates

Vacation Rates: 
Jan. thru April:  $4000.00 monthly if rented for 4 consecutive months 
Jan., Feb., March, April:  $5000.00 monthly (individual months)
May, Oct., Nov., Dec.:  $1800.00 monthly
June, July,Aug., Sept.:  $1500.00 monthly
+  Deposit of 25% of total rental fee due when booking, balance due 
60 days prior to occupancy.  Cancellations made before final payment 
are subject to a $300.00 administration fee.

+  Cancellations (full or partial) made between 60 and 30 days of 
arrival forfeit deposit.  Cancellations made 30 days or less will not 
be entitled to any refund unless/or another renter has been booked 
for that time.  We will make a reasonable effort to find a 
replacement.  All advertising expenses plus the $200 handling fee 
will be deducted from your refund.

+  Security deposit of $700.00 is required.  It can be included in your 
final check or by separate check on day of arrival.  The full amount 
less a $200.00 cleaning fee will be returned one week after checkout 
if walk thru is acceptable.

+  Travel insurance is recommended for your protection in case of 
unforseen circumstances.

+  $50 fee payable to The Villages required for Renter's passes.

+  Pets allowed --2 small or 1 large dog (no cats) for a $150 non-
refundable charge

+  ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING
