If you are looking for a luxury vacation condo that is extra
special, then this beautiful "Oceanway" top floor condo is
just for you. Oceanway is a beautiful building completed
in September 2004. 1221 sq. ft. of living space w/upgrades
galore - gorgeous tile & wood laminate floors throughout, maple cabinets, Corian countertops & sink, top of the line appliances & fixtures, that
include a full-size W/D. Plus its beautifully decorated.
"Oceanway" is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico steps away from the white sandy beach. There is a gorgeous deck with a hot
tub & heated pool. The condo is on the top floor south corner
& offers a gorgeous view of the Gulf. Oceanway is a smaller
building of 17 units offering plenty of privacy for a peaceful,
relaxing vacation.
The bedrooms are decorated with beautiful Balinese style furniture. The
master bedroom has a luxurious king-size bed that will let you rest
the way you deserve on your special vacation. The master bedroom
also has an armoire w/TV & spacious walk-in closet. The master bath has a walk-in shower & upgraded tile.
The second bedroom offers two exta-long single beds for maximum
comfort. This bedroom has a beautiful antique Balinese cabinet with
a TV.
There is a 200sf balcony with a view to die for. The view of the
beach and Gulf of Mexico is second to none. The beach is world
famous for its soft sugar sand and year-round near perfect weather.
There is so much to enjoy - you can play in the warm Gulf of Mexico,
build sand castles, get a great tan, take a swim in the pool or just
relax in the hot tub. A walk on the beach is wonderful anytime of
day, and when the day is finished, enjoy breathtaking sunsets from
the beach or balcony. There are so many great restaurants close by,
with an awesome seafood restaurant just one block away.
There are numerous attraction nearby including Busch Gardens and
Tampa Aquarium (45 minutes), Disney World (120 minutes), great golf
and plenty of water sport rentals and activities within minutes.
