quarters of an acre .Lush and mature vegetation complete the home's
front and back yards.
Guests will enjoy the very private back yard with a large heated
pool, barbecue, and spa. This house is conveniently located near
excellent restaurants, shopping, and the city's best golf courses.
The bedrooms have king-sized pillow top beds and 500
thread count luxurious linens. The large guest bedrooms have
dressers and three drawer night stands for clothing.
Master suite has a king-size bed and walk-in closet. Master bath with walk in shower and jacuzzi tub.
Cooks will enjoy a gourmet kitchen with cook top, refrigerator and
convection ovens. Dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, dishes and
cooking utensils.  6 TV's  and DVD movie collection.

 The pool is heated by an electric heat pump. Heat pumps work best when the air temperature is greater than 45 for the daily low and a daily high of at least 65 degrees
