grill.  It has brand new carpet through out, and new tile in the  
master bedroom.  It features an eat-in kitchen with bay window,  
mountain views,and a screen door to patio; a full dining room; walk- 
out family room with bar and wood fireplace; walk-out master bedroom  
with jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and dual sinks.  The smaller  
bedroom can be used as a den, it has a full window, closet, and  
queen size pull out couch. The 3rd bedroom has its own full bathroom  
and french doors that open out to an enclosed, private courtyard.   
There is a full laundry room with washer and dryer.  There is a  
guest bathroom. There is a security system and two car attached

Vacation Rental Amenities

This lovely casita offers worry free, maintenance free living.  It  
is located within the guard gated Ancala Country Club Community in  
beautiful Scottsdale, Arizona.  It comes fully furnished down to the  
last detail.  Owners live within the community and take pride in  
maintaining this well kept, single family home.  The following  
features are included in the rent: full landscaping service, monthly  
cleaning service, utilities, all maintenance items,  
gate entry pass.

Activities and Attractions

Ancala Country Club is a private club with social and golf  
memberships available. It offers a heated pool, restaurant, bar,  
fitness room, tennis courts, pro shop, and other amenities.  It has  
a private 18 hole competitive course and is part of Eagle Golf.   
The Ancala community is centrally located and close to everything.   
There are excellent hiking trails, walking paths, and mountain  
biking within walking distance of the community.  Scottsdale has  
abundant golf opportunities both private and public, excellent art  
fairs, a viable downtown, and abundant restaurants for every palette.   
The Scottsdale School District is excellent.  Anazasi Elementary is within walking distance of  
Ancala,  
Mountainside Middle School and Desert Mountain High School are within two miles of the Ancala  
Community.   
Desert Mountain High School has both an International Baccalaureate and AP/Honors program.   
The world renowned Mayo Clinic is two and a half miles from the casita.

Vacation Rental Rates

The seasonal monthly rate, November 1 through April 30th, is $3200/month, all utilities covered,  
including wireless internet service and expanded TV service. A six month lease or longer is  
preferred. No pets, no smoking. A refundable security deposit, equal to 1 month's rent, is required  
upfront.  There is a non-refundable $300 cleaning fee due upon move-in. The off season monthly rate,  
May 1 until October 31st, is $1900 per month, all utilities and internet service included, with $300  
per month cap on AC.  There is a two to four month minimum depending on season and request.  The  
casita is available Oct., Nov., and Dec. 2008.  Rented January 1 through April 30th, 2009.  Rentals  
available again May 1, 2009.
