Living, this wonderful Cottage is located in the beautiful new
Galveston Island development, Pointe West. Designed to take full
advantage of Pointe West’s amenities, this home is located on the
Cottage Lagoons, is only a short walk to the Gulf of Mexico and
beach, and minutes to the Pointe West Beach Club which houses an
infinity edge Pool, Restaurant Bar & Grill, Fitness Center and much
more.

If you’re a lover of sunsets, this Pointe West Cottage provides
incredible views of the sun as it sets on the bay. And with the
Gulf just steps away, you can hear the constant, soothing surf from
both balcony levels. The Cottage’s lower deck is covered by the top
deck, and with the breezes from the Gulf provides a cool respite
even in the middle of the day – a perfect setting for family time or
that afternoon cocktail. The top deck is accessed through the
Master Suite and is the perfect spot to enjoy the morning sunrise,
the magnificent Galveston sunset, or simply stargaze at night.

With four bedrooms and four bathrooms, this Pointe West Cottage is
the perfect site to enjoy all that Galveston Island has to offer.
The Master Suite is located on the upper floor with a king-size bed,
chaise lounge chair, a television with digital cable and VHS/DVD
player, as well as a spacious bathroom equipped with both a jetted
tub and separate shower. The Master provides access to the top
deck. There are also two additional bedrooms on the upper floor,
both with queen-sized beds; One with its own full bathroom (and television) for a completely private retreat; the other bedroom has access to a full
bath located across the hall.

The fourth and final bedroom was furnished with children in mind and
is located on the lower floor. With two twin beds in this room, the
children will love to hang out and play here; the room is equipped
with a television and adjacent full bath.

The family room is bright and spacious and perfect for entertaining
and lounging. The fourth TV with digital cable and DVD can
be found in this room along with a Queen Sleeper Sofa.

The Cottage comes complete with a fully-equipped kitchen. In the
kitchen you will find a full-size refrigerator, stainless steel
stove, dishwasher, and microwave. You will find an ample supply of
dishes, glasses (water and wine), and flatware, as well as serving
dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. Everything you need to create
great meals has been provided. You can use the two-person bar for
casual dining or the dining table seating six for a more formal
meal. The kitchen and dining room open up to the living room,
creating a wonderful atmosphere for entertaining and large family
gatherings. All you will need are the loved ones, the recipes and
the other necessary ingredients to create wonderful beachside
memories here on Galveston Island.

Access to the Pointe West Beach Club is just a short jaunt away,
where you can relax and lounge by the luxurious infinity edge or
children’s pool, work out in the new fitness center, enjoy the
activity room or casual poolside fare at the new Pointe West
Breeze’s Bar and Grill.

Free Local Phone Service, Central Air Conditioning / Heating,
Digital Cable TV, DVD Players, Full Kitchen, Microwave,
Dishwasher, Refrigerator, and Cooking utensils provided. Linens
provided as well as a Washer, Dryer.

No Smoking, No Pets.

There is access to the infinity pool and fitness center at the
Pointe West Beach Club.
