Our condo is located in a beautiful, modern building in Canmore, Alberta.

 It is a 1-bedroom unit which can comfortably accommodate four people.
 There is a queen sized bed in the bedroom and a full-sized
comfortable pull-out sofa in the living area.

The unit is fully furnished and equipped.  All furniture and decor is
completely new and designed for your maximum comfort.

The condo is within walking distance of the beautiful town of Canmore,
Alberta.  10 minutes from Banff National Park.  Only a short distance
to major skiing destinations (Sunshine Valley, Lake Louise, Nakiska,
etc).  

This is a beautiful area to vacation, at all times of year.  Plenty of
enjoyable activities during all seasons.

Vacation Rental Rates

We offer competitive pricing packages, including discounts for
rentals over one-week in duration.   Please contact us about our
month-long rental bargains!

Current prices (does not include GST of 5%):

- $150 per night, 2 night minimum 
- $700 per week  

$300 deposit is due at time of booking to reserve dates.

30 day cancellation notice required for refund.  This deposit will
also be used as a damage deposit and refundable at checkout, provided
all is in order.

Full rental fee due 7 days prior to rental dates.
