Casa Tranquila's extensive remodel was complete in January 2013, including all new, full-view windows, new furniture and appliances, and a bright, sun-kissed exterior color. The sensational new Private Casita is the most welcomed new addition, providing more area for larger groups, allowing up to 10 Guests. Casa Tranquila can be rented as always, with its three perfect, prestige suites, or, for just a bit more, you can add the Casita for more social or sleeping accommodation. With this option, you will include a totally separate space with convertible sleeping options and a large screen HDTV, a dining balcony with extraordinary views, and fourth bath, complete with jungle shower. The Casita is offered only as an option for Guests renting the Main Villa, and is never offered separately. So if you do not choose it, it will be vacant.

Smaller groups (six or less) can opt for the Casita too, for more room to spread out, enjoy the large TV (with Netflix), or enjoy sunset dinners outdoors.

Casa Tranquila is available for the rates shared above. This includes 3000 Prestige square feet on two floors with three private suites, two kitchens, two living rooms, and two pools. You will find it perfect for six (or fewer) Guests.

The Private Casita is a perfect addition for more social/dining area or supplemental sleeping space. For $90/night, it makes Casa Tranquila suitable for 10. Our Casita boasts its own full bath, dining balcony, air-conditioning, outdoor shower, and large screen high definition TV. Send an inquiry now for specific information. The Casita is never offered independently; therefore if you choose not to use it, it will be vacant. (See Photo #12).

• Saturday arrival and departure preferred
• 50% deposit upon contract signing
• 50% balance due 60 days prior to arrival
