This newly redecorated three-bedroom two-bath home sits in a residential neighborhood, on the  
51 mile-marker overlooking the main channel.  
 
Inside, the main floor consists of the living room, banquette dining for eight, fully furnished  
kitchen, bedroom with full sized bed, full bath, and laundry room. The upper level consists of two  
large bedrooms, each with two queen sized beds, and a full bath. 
 
Outside, guests will enjoy a large screened-in porch on the main level.  It is fully furnished for  
relaxing, dining, and grilling. Upstairs, they will encounter a large furnished deck; ideal for  
taking in Ozark's breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. Other amenities includes level grassed yard,  
fire-pit for those late night bon-fires, a pebble beach that is ideal for making sand-castles, and a  
private dock with swim ladder and picnic table. 
 
The Kelsey House is furnished for normal housekeeping, including linens and towels, dishes,  
cookware, flatware, glasses, and basic appliances. Guests need only bring their food and personal  
items.  Oh, and don’t forget the CAMERA!
