Vacation Rental Description

This is one of our four (4) Palmetto Dunes ocean front properties.  Welcome to “Dolphin Lookout,” 
3324 Villamare, where you can actually see the dolphins as they swim by in the ocean.  The 
spectacular view above is the actual view of the ocean, beach, and pool that you will see from both 
of your bedrooms, your living room, and your two balconies as a guest in this fantastic villa.  In 
fact, the view you will see is actually closer than the picture above shows it to be.  This villa is 
so spectacular that in 2007 we had guests in it over 300 days.  The first week in 2008 we freshened 
it up and added several new features; a new living room sleeper sofa, new blinds throughout, new 
large flat screen HDTV, new dishes, utensils, silverware, and pots, and several other new and 
upgraded touches.  You will love this villa!  Many families return each year because of its 
view, its inside décor, and for the detail and care for which we treat our guests.  For more

This villa, 3324 Villamare, has direct access to the beach, which is less than a 3-minute walk 
away.  This 2 bedroom, 2 bath, almost 1250 square foot villa also includes a living room, dining 
area and kitchen with utility closet (full sized washer and dryer inside).  In 2006 we completed a 
$35,000 upgrade of the villa including new tile and carpet flooring, new paint, new very attractive 
furniture in both bedrooms and in the living room, and an almost totally redone kitchen with new 
full sized Maytag clothes washer and dryer.  Since then we added close to $5,000 of additional 
features. Both bedroom suites have privacy with closet, shower and a terrace/balcony so you can 
enjoy the magnificent views.  The master bedroom has a king sized bed and the 2nd bedroom has two 
queen sized beds.  The master bedroom also has a Jacuzzi tub. The living room has a very comfortable 
queen sized sleeper sofa.  For in-villa relaxation, each bedroom and the living room have a TV with 
80+channels and VCR.  There is free high speed wireless Internet throughout.  Villamare even has its 
own health club, FREE to guests, with indoor pool, whirlpool, sauna, 7 cardio machines with TVs, 
universal gym and free-weights.  Book early to assure availability.  

Four things separate our villas from most other villas on Hilton Head Island:

1)  We have contracted with a company that inspects your villa between visits to insure the villa is 
in top notch shape for your visit.  The inspectors are not the cleaning service.  They are a 
separate company that inspects your villa to make sure everything works properly and is clean for 
your arrival.

2)You automatically become a member of our Frequent Guest Club.  This entitles you to the previous 
year’s rates on ANY of our four properties on every of your return visits to any of our villas, 
year after year. Membership starts immediately after your visit, so come back later this year or 
later years and get the previous year’s rates.

3)A Welcome Packet that includes directions to the villa, numbers to call if you need anything 
during your stay, a list of over 60 Hilton Head restaurants, and more. 

4)  In addition to us being involved owners and available for your needs, we have a local company 
that will be available 24/7, just in case of emergencies during your visit.  If something doesn’t 
work properly during your stay, you call them, and they are there.

for your stay.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: If you are pricing other Villamare villas, please be aware that some villa owners 
show one of two “canned” pictures of views of the villa or the Villamare grounds.  We advise you ask 
ALL Villamare owners, if the pictures on their website are actually the view from their villa and 
pictures of their villa.  Many owners who own villas with limited views show these “canned” pictures 
as if they are the actual views from their villa.  If a “canned” view is there or the blinds are 
closed in the inside the villa pictures, you may want to ask the owner about the pictures on their 
site.  OUR views are the actual views from that villa.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Tiled and newly carpeted throughout.

Each bedroom suite has TV with VCR, a terrace to appreciate the view and can be closed off from the 
rest of the villa.  They each also have closets and full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a Jacuzzi 
with a view of the pool, beach, and ocean. Upon arrival you will have fresh linens and towels.  

Living room has direct access to the terrace and has a tremendous view.  There is a very comfortable 
pull out sleeper sofa, a big flat screen HDTV, DVD, and VCR. 

The kitchen has plenty of counter space for cooking, cabinets, refrigerator with built-in ice maker, 
stove, microwave, dishwasher,disposal, dual sinks, a full sized Maytag clothes washer and dryer in a 
utility closet, phone with voice mail, and is fully stocked including dishes, glasses, utensils, 
cookware, etc. 

Two terraces, adjacent to each bedroom and the living room await you.  They are both large enough to 
seat 4, so you can comfortably enjoy the magnificent view.

The grounds have an adult pool, child pool, whirlpool, lounging areas, an eating area with tables, a 
separate fitness center with indoor pool, indoor Jacuzzi, sauna, and exercise equipment (university 
gym, 7 cardio machines with TVs), covered parking, and direct access to the beach and ocean via a 
private walkway.  The villa is centrally located so there is easy and quick access to anywhere on 
the Island.  

Your villa is 2 blocks from the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center, ranked as one of the best in the world 
with over 20 courts, most with well kempt clay surfaces.  Three terrific golf courses, also located 
in Palmetto Dunes, are within 1 to 2 miles of your villa.  There are over 30 golf courses on the 
Island, and many more off Island across the Inter-coastal. 

The beach in-front of the property has recently (2007) been fully replenished.

The Palmetto Dunes Buggy will drop you off anywhere in the Palmetto Dunes plantation or anywhere in 
Shelter Cove including the local mall for FREE.  This runs from Spring to Fall.  Check the villa for 
exact dates of operation.

For your safety, access to the villa is through a private gate with 24-hour security requiring a 
pass (which we supply, FREE). 

Of course, it is fully air-conditioned.

No smoking AND No pets allowed.

Activities and Attractions

*** Water activities include; boat rental, canoe rental, jet ski rental, water skiing, windsurfing, 
parasailing, shelling, fishing, pool, outside Jacuzzi, indoor Jacuzzi, and beach activities.

*** Beach activities include: bathing, sunning, magnificent beach for walking or bike riding (rent 
bicycles from dozens of local vendors).

*** 11 mile lagoon system: rent a canoe or kayak to enjoy this 11 mile continuous waterway with 
hundreds of magnificent homes to look at and plenty of golf course views. 

*** Restaurants: Any type of cuisine of your interest. Dozens of top-notch restaurants and hundreds 
of restaurants throughout the island.

*** World Class Golfing: Over 30 golf courses on the Island. Three terrific courses within 2 miles 
of your villa.

*** World Class Tennis: A top 5 rated tennis center (in the world) with over 20 clay courts is only 
a few blocks away.  

*** Others: Several miniature golf courses, two fantastic marinas, and beautiful scenery throughout 
the Island to gaze at within walking or bike riding distance.  There is plenty of shopping including
two outlet malls off Island and an indoor mall within 2 miles of the villa.

Vacation Rental Rates

“Dolphin Lookout" at Villamare rentals are by the week or month and begin and end on Saturdays.  NO 
extra fees from us.  The below is the TOTAL price for your stay. We only add the sales tax we must 
collect and send to the state and city.  We do not rent by the day.

All rents include lines, towels, a starter set of toiletries, before and after stay cleaning of 
villa, and a wonderful view of the ocean, beach, and pool. 

Rent as many weeks as you desire.  
Weekly rental rates for 2008 and Winter of 2009

4/5   to  5/24         = $ 1399
5/24  to  6/7          = $ 1599
6/7   to  8/16         = $ 2099
8/16  to  9/6          = $ 1599

Ask for discounts for off-season multiple week rentals (weeks other than 6/7 to 8/9/08 are off 
season).

Call for special monthly rental rates for November 2008 through March 2009.

There are NO OTHER FEES.  The above fees include cleaning before arrival and after departure,
