"Having visited Central Florida many times this is the best villa we've stayed in. It is furnished and equipped to a very high standard with so much to do it rivals a day at the Theme Parks! The pool area gets the sun all day and the Hot Tub and Games Room are a real bonus. The location is also really central and handy for all the shopping, restaurants and attractions. Maggie is superb to deal with and the local Management Company are friendly and very helpful. If you're looking for great vacation accommodation in Central Florida then look no further - you won't be disappointed!"

4 Bedroom 3 Bathroom Executive Luxury Family Vacation Home with **High Speed Wireless Internet Access, Spa / Hot Tub, 2 pools and Games Area. The villa is only a 10 minute drive from the Magic of Disney World, and 2 minutes from the attraction packed Highway 192, where you will find a large variety of shops, Restaurants and Entertainment. It is fully Air conditioned and superbly furnished for the occupancy of up to 10 people.

The large kitchen with breakfast table and chairs is fully equipped to a high standard which includes the following: cooker, large fridge/freezer with  ice-maker, microwave, dishwasher, utensils,crockery, toaster, coffee maker, Kettle, storage pots, pots and pans and more.
The large washer and dryer are located in the double garage.

The elegant lounge with ceiling fan and 3 comfortable settees enable you to relax and unwind. Large LCD HDTV connected to HD and Digital cable channels, Hi-Fi system, video and DVD player with a selection of videos and DVD's are provided for your use.

The stunning dining area has a large mirrored wall enhances the wrought iron glassed topped table and wrought iron chairs.

The sumptuous Master bedroom has King-Sized bed, Digital Cable Television, DVD Player, telephone, Ceiling Fan and Large En-suite with twin vanity unit, twin corner bath, Toilet and large walk in shower cubicle.
A lap top table and chair are also provided for those guests
that wish to bring along their own lap top and make use of our free wireless internet connection.

The luxurious 2nd Master bedroom has Queen-Sized bed, LCD cable television with DVD player, telephone, ceiling fan and En-suite with vanity unit, Toilet and large walk in shower cubicle.

Scooby Doo's Den is the 3rd bedroom for our "young at heart" guests, with double bed with single bunk above, Games Console, Cable TV, DVD Player and VHS player.
A fold away single bed is provided.

The Captain and his crew await your arrival in bedroom 4 which has 2 twin beds with lights above, ceiling fan and Cable TV and DVD player. This room is tastefully decorated in a Beach and Lighthouse theme.

Bathroom 3 has has Toilet, bath with shower over and a vanity unit.

All bedrooms have large walk in closets and drawer units.

Scooby Doo' Games Area - Explore your competitive side in our fun Games Area with Pool Table, Air Hockey, Foosball (Table Football) and Darts on an electronic darts board with soft tipped darts. We also provide 3 sets of golf clubs and 4 tennis racquets for our guests use.

The large patio area adjoins the Spa / Hot Tub, private heated 26ft x 13ft swimming pool (Gas Pool Heating) and for the comfort of our younger guests there is a separate children's pool. The Spa / Hot Tub seats 4 people and is
heated 24 hours a day unlike most in ground spa's / Jacuzzi. The pool area is fenced for privacy.

Enjoy the Florida sunshine on the Luxury padded furniture. What about an al-fresco meal around the patio table using the Electric BBQ Grill under the shady Lanai?

The villa is located on the up market development of Indian Point 0.5
mile from Highway 192 where you will find many varieties of
restaurants shops and attractions. Most major attractions are within
a 25-minute drive.
A full alarm system, smoke detectors and safe are installed for your
peace of mind.
A few of the items included in our villa at no extra cost are:

We also have a manual wheel chair for hire at the villa for those people who have occasional mobility problems. Have the convenience of having a wheel chair with you when you arrive at the Parks saving you the walk to and from the rental office.

Indian Point has a large community swimming pool, tennis, court,
jogging trail, lakes and a children's play area.
It is ideally located just off the Highway 192 and within a 2 min
drive/5-10 minute walk you will find a 24 hour Wal-Mart, Mini Golf
and a variety of Restaurants, Air Boat rides.
There are also numerous golf courses in the Kissimmee Area
