Cozy Farmhouse w/FP, Spa, Organic Acres near Wineries in Santa Cruz

Our Cozy farm house is freshly painted in soothing colors and has beautiful woods and garden views from every room, acres of organic orchards in seasonal display, abundant wildlife, resident chickens willing to share their eggs and hiking and walking trails. 
The house is fully furnished with all kitchen and bath necessities and some luxuries, all linens, beach towels, shampoos, soaps, conditioners, coffee and tea bar for morning or evening relaxing.

 
The wood fireplace is supplied with a starter bundle and there are 2 electric fireplaces in the bedrooms for the glow without the work. There is also an outside fireplace for marshmallows or soothing conversation.

  The moment that you walk in the door, you can start to relax.  The beds will be made, the towels and beach towels stocked, a selection of coffees and teas on the sideboard with condiments with iced tea bags in the summer, hot chocolate in the winter, the house scrubbed and cleaned to my standards, the hottub personally cleaned, balanced and sparkling.  If you are arriving late I will personally leave the lights and heat on for you.

  If you have a special occasion and want something extra, lets talk about it.  Since I am locally based many options can be explored.

Located in the Santa Cruz Mountains in a beautiful setting with breathtaking views on 15 acres with mature fruit tree orchards, walking trails, abundant wildlife, birdwatching.  10 Minutes to either Los Gatos and the reservoir or Scotts Valley.  15-20 minutes to Santa Cruz and the beaches, 1 hr. to Monterey and Carmel.  Numerous wineries sprinkled throughout the mountains, local activities and theatre.  Farmers' markets, shopping, tourist attractions in the Scotts Valley and Santa Cruz area. 

Offseason: $1200 weekly $200 nightly/ 3 night minimum or LONGWEEKEND
SPECIAL: 12am Friday to 6pm
Sunday $500.00 for the weekend plus tax

High season (June through September) and Holidays: $1400 per week/
$250 per night,3 night minimum

10% hospitality tax and cleaning fee additional or choose the European method, refundable security deposit
