A very unique Villa on the beach, 7 miles North of San Pedro Town on Ambergris Caye.

The villa has a master bedroom with A/C, guest bedroom with A/C and an upstairs bedroom all with
on-suite bathrooms.
There are two additional palapa rooms with A/C each with on-suite bathrooms.
The main room has a full kitchen and large dinning room.

We also have a 350' dock with a palapa shade with hammocks for you to relax in, also a salt water
pool.

Casa Pisces boast's a full kitchen equiped with the most modern appliances.

Satellite TV and internet available.

Media room with large plasma TV plus computer with internet access. Also can be used as a sixth
bedroom.

Casa Pisces is located at the famous "Mexico Rocks" snorkeling site.

World class diving is available from a local dive shop just a few minuets walk up the beach.

There are also some fine resturants close by with more a short boat ride away.

A trip into town is only 20 minuets away using the local Island ferry service.

Rates:

January 5th to May 31st:
$11,750/week

June 1st to December 15th:
$8,500/week

December 16th to January 4th:
$15,000/week

Thanksgiving week:
$13,750/week

Christmas week:
$17,500/week

50% Deposit upon booking
Paid in Full 15 days prior to arrival.
50% of deposit refundable if cancellation is a minimum of 30 days prior to arrival.
9% Tax and 7% gratuity not included.
