Villa Caballitos is a spectacular vacation home which was carefully and meticulously designed to maximize every renter's comfort, convenience and privacy. There are 5 bedrooms, each with it's own private bathroom.

It is decorated and furnished in traditional Mexican wood & upholstered furniture and the tropical decor includes decorator window treatments, specially cushioned beds, original art work, local crafts plus talavera and terra cotta pottery.

The spacious courtyard and garden area outside is a true delight. There is a large, natural rock fountain and waterfall that pours into a tiled fresh water swimming pool. Surrounded by a privacy wall, there are plenty of cushioned chaise lounge chairs for sunning, a palapa covered patio with a table and chairs plus a built in gas BBQ grill and food preparation area with a sink.

There are banana trees, palm tress, bougainvilleas and other tropical plants plus outdoor lighting so you can enjoy evening dining.  Scuba divers will enjoy the additional large covered patio with dive/snorkel gear rinse tank and drying station.

The location is excellent. While Villas Caballitos is in a residential area called Corpus Cristi and on a very quiet street, it is only the 4th street from the ocean. It's a short walk to the water and just a few blocks from 2 large grocery stores each with bakery, pharmacy, deli, liquor and handy ATM machines.  It's just 3 blocks to a movie theater and bowling alley.  There are a number of good restaurants within a few blocks, and the main square downtown that is surrounded with shops and restaurants is also within walking distance, only about 10 blocks away.

Air conditioning with remote controls in every room, ceiling fans throughout.  There are 2 living rooms, each with internet access for your laptop, custom made computer desks, excellent reading, music & video libraries, small safes with a programmable digital lock, phones for local calls. There are 2 kitchens, each completely equipped with with microwave, refrigerator, stove/oven, coffeemaker, dishes, glasses, flatware and cooking utensils. All linens and towels are provided, including beach towels, daily maid service (except Sundays and major Mexican Holidays). Washer & dryer on each floor, available for guest use after the maid has left for the day.

BEDDING
5 king sized beds with special cushioning for extra comfort, 1 twin size day bed with twin size trundle.  For further flexibility in bedding options, there's also a twin sized cot and a twin sized air mattress.  These options can be provided if requested in advance. Maximum occupancy is 12 guests.

Regular rates, for up to 10 people:

$2417/wk Jan-Apr, $2112/wk May-Aug, $1905/wk Sept-mid Dec.

Add on $75/wk for each additional person up to the maximum occupancy of 12 people, including children and infants.

Rates do not include 14% Local fes or the refundable $300 security deposit.
