Stayed in this rental in Dec. 2010. Was very disappointed. Very dirty. Had to take rugs outside because they were dirty. Sofa and chairs had stains all over them. Outside looked awful. Went to store and bought sheets and blankets because bedding smelled. Owner of home was very unfriendly and could have cared less. Only wanted money. My wife and I had to clean the house. Should have been reported to the Better Business B. Carpet in bedrooms were dirty.
Good luck if you rent this place.

We stayed for two weeks and found the house was not as clean as should have been. Pubic hair in bathtub upon arrival, dirty tile floors that need to be deep cleaned, vaccuum didn't work, dirty women's underware found on floor in kids bed room, kitchen was not suitable for a vacation stay as far as utincels and kitchen gadgets, bathroom dirty and pee on toilet upon arrival, hair found all over the floor. Yard man came and cut only half of the yard and left and never came back, back yard was not useable because of debris and snakes. Weeds growing on porch not attractive. Woman in charge of rental was not that helpful nor eager to return phone calls or email's. We were not told when trash day was (even though we asked) and therefore missed trash day the first week and had flies all over until the following week when we figured out when trash day was. I wouldn't reccommend renting this house until it is fixed.
