Cute Cottage in Narrowsburg, NY in Narrowsburg

Our fully renovated country cottage is on three partially-wooded acres
in bucolic Sullivan County. Just minutes from the Delaware River, our
home is in an ideal location for hiking, swimming, boating, and
fishing. Spend the days walking around in the woods or exploring the
charming river towns of Narrowsburg, Barryville, and Callicoon. Or
laze around the house, reading books on the front porch, playing
croquet or bocce in the yard, or preparing a campfire in a secluded
spot down a trail. Keep an eye out for the flocks of wild turkey and
families of deer that routinely cross the property.

Less than a two-hour drive from the George Washington Bridge, our
fully appointed home sleeps up to 6 adults in two bedrooms and one
sleeping loft.

"Our weekend was awesome! Thank you for letting us stay at your place
and for all of the resources and recommendations; your place is so
well put together. I found that I love cooking in your kitchen: I made
apple pancakes, omelets, tacos, a bunch of stuff on the grill and a
very-rum cake (I�m not inclined to cook much in the city so this felt
like a real accomplishment). At the house we read, played scrabble,
watched a couple movies and painted. Friday we went to Skinners Falls
and took a 5 mile canoe trip. I saw a family of wild turkeys (two
parents and 13 younger turkeys) hanging out in the yard one day.
Hopefully we will make it up again sometime."

Fall rates (through November 30)
$150 per weekend night (2-night minimum)

$135 per weeknight night(2-night minimum)

$100 each additional night

Holiday rates may apply. 

Cleaning fee: $50-$150 based on the number of guests.

$75 security/damage deposit required for all stays. 

Pets allowed on a case by case basis, with an additional pet deposit.
