This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath home on the water in Crystal River.
It is about 1.5 hours from both the Orlando attractions and the
Tampa/St. Pete beaches and attractions.
The house comes with 2 two person kayaks. The Halls River is very
pristine. You can paddle for three miles and connect with the
Homosassa River. Most of the surrounding land is bird sanctuary. The
screened
porch has a foosball table for you fans and the backyard dock is a
great place to fish or just plain relax by the fire pit.
Everything you need is here. All you need to bring is your personal
belongings and food if you want to cook.

rate is $175.00 per night with a two night minimum for the first 2
adults and 2 children. There is a $10 per person fee after that and $20 cleaning fee.
The summertime rate from May 1st to Dec 14th is $150.00 per
night.
