Vacation Rental Rates

Rates are $200 per night Monday - Wednesday Nights. 
 
Thursday - Sunday are $400 per night.  
 
Higher rates apply to some holidays.  
 
$270 Security Deposit ($100 is kept in the end for cleaning fee) 
 
$170 is returned once house checks back in original condition (No  
Damage or excessive wear and tear)
