White Caps in Sylvan Beach

White Caps was built in 1888. In 2010 the  beachfront, seasonal Cottage was purchased by its new owner. 
The White Caps has 8 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 2
complete kitchens, 2 dinning rooms, and 2 large living rooms. White Caps separates into a duplex or sleeps 16 as one big cottage and is great for large family vacations. White Caps enjoys the best location on Sylvan Beach and
has 13000 square feet of clean, raked, natural sand. The lake is “0”
entry level on the property, there are no docks no rocks and its
perfect for small children. The water is shallow and has a sandy
bottom. Many people put their sand chairs in the lake on hot summer
days, or watch their children play from the large covered porch lakeside.
Restaurants, local markets, and attractions are within  walking disitance.

 
The road on which the property sits is a one-way, local traffic, kid
friendly road. There are three deep-water marinas with in walking
distance. Sylvan beach is the jewel of the intercostals waterway
joining the New York Harbor to The St Lawrence River. Sylvan beach
is
on the East side of Oneida lake and enjoys the most spectacular
sunsets and wide open sky’s There are plenty of things to do in this
resort town including casinos, fishing, golf, fine dinning, and
great
