Orange Tree executive pool Home in Clermont

Built in November 2003, this executive pool home can accomodate up to
14 people comfortably. This luxurious executive pool home is located
within The Orange Tree Estates 15 minutes from The Disney Parks and
attractions.
The interior appointments were designed and furnished to provide each
guest with a spacious, memorable and luxurious getaway atmosphere.
The home has a formal dining room, living room, family room and a
large spacious fully equipped gourmet kitchen.
THERE IS A 50 INCH TV IN THE FAMILY ROOM.
There is a 16 by 32 foot pool with a large covered lanai and an
equally large pool deck for your outdoor dining and relaxation.
The master suite with king size bed and private bath opens directly
onto the back lanai and pool area.
There are high catherdral ceilings throughout the living area and a
50 inch projection TV in the family room with couch, loveseat and
armchair for your relaxation.
There are four bedrooms with twin beds and one additional bedroom
with a queen size bed. There are two additional bathrooms one with
dual access from the pool area and the home. The family room and
dining area off the kitchen open directly to the pool area thru
french doors.
Shops, supermarkets and pharmacies are all within a short drive.
Within the estate area there is a childrens play/game area, tennis
courts, basketball and soccer facilities.
Numerous championship golf courses are also within a short driving
distance.
A management company is aavailable 24 hours a day to answer any
questions or address your specific requirements that you may have to
make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Central air-conditioning, enclosed pool and spa, large covered lanai
and deck area, outdoor dining, cable tv/vcr/dvd players in each
bedroom amd family room, fans throughout, fully equipped
kitchen,Ironing facilities, coffee maker,hair dryer, telephone(free
local calls)clock radios in each bedroom ,microwave, dishwasher,

barbeques.
There is a seven foot pool table that can also be used as for air
hockey and table tennis. There are a large number of board games also
available.In addition there is a electronic dart board.
This is a NON SMOKING executive pool home.

The home is handicap accessible, has large doorways an accessible
shower, with ramps front, rear and in the garage.

A crib, stroller and high chair can be available for your use

Activities-on site or nearby--Championship golf courses, lakes,
parks, tennis, minature golf, restaurants for every culinary
appetite, shopping, horseback riding, air boat rides, antiquing,
basketball, childrens play/game area, movie theatres.

All of the Disney parks and attractions/restaurants, Bush Gardens,
Sea world, Universal Studios.
The Kennedy Space Center and Tampa are within an hours drive.

The daily rate varies from $140 to $190 a night plus florida state
and hotel taxes.

Once you decide to stay in the house you will be required to pay
$350/week deposit (non-refundable ) to secure your requested dates.
The balance will then be due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
A security deposit of $500 is payable with your balance and
refundabl 14 days after your stay pending a satisfactory inspection
of the home by the management company.
