During the wintertime peak period from Dec 15 through April 30 the
rate is $175.00 per night with a two night minimum for the first 2
adults and 2 children. There is a $10 per person fee after that and $20 cleaning fee.
The summertime rate from May 1st to Dec 14th is $150.00 per
night.
