Vacation Rental Description

This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath home on the water in Homosassa Springs.  
There are 2 two person kayaks available for you.  The screened porch 
is  cool and the backyard dock is a great place to fish or just plain 
relax. 
 
Everything you need is here.  All you need to bring is your personal 
belongings and food if you want to cook.

Vacation Rental Amenities

BBQ grill, microwave, coffeepot, full kitchen utensils and linens, 
outdoor fireplace.

Activities and Attractions

Local to golf, SCUBA diving and training to all levels, kayaking, bird 
watching, and of course manatee viewing

Vacation Rental Rates

During the wintertime peak period from October 1 through April 31 the 
rate is $150.00 per night with a two night minimum for the first 2 
adults and 2 children.  There is a $10 per person fee after that. 
 
The summertime rate from May 1st to Sept. 30th in 2007 is $135.00 per 
night. As of Nov 1st rates will increase to $150.00 per night. Rates 
will remain a fixed $150.00 per night throughout 2008.
