Vacation Rental Description

This home is located one block from Spanish Springs Town Square and 
was one of 45 homes in the village of Vista Sonoma built and 
furnished by The Villages to house visiting guests.  It is a 
professionally furnished and decorated home with 10-foot ceilings 
throughout, crown moldings, beautiful arched windows, hardwood 
floors, built-in music system, comfortable king size beds in both 
bedrooms, and much more.  A one-block walk will bring you to Town 
Square where you can stroll the quaint 
streets and find nightly entertainment, restaurants, movie theater, 
bowling alley, and shopping.  This is truly a unique home in a unique 
community.

Cable TV in Living Room and master bedroom
Fully stocked Kitchen with all necessities for cooking and dining
Screened Lanai with table, 4 chairs w/cushions, and umbrella
Walk-in shower in Master Bathroom

Activities and Attractions

You can dine at one of the Country Clubs or other 
restaurants every day for a month and only visit half of them (64 at 
last count).  An optional $50 resident pass (for 2) will give you 
access to Katie Belle's and other "residents only" facilities.  You 
can choose from 2 Town Squares, dozens of swimming pools, many 
recreation centers with billiards rooms in each, cards, board games, 
and so much more.  A weekly schedule appears every Thursday in the 
Village Sun newspaper to enable you to choose your favorite 
activities, like the restaurants, too many to fit into one month. Did 
I forget to mention golf, golf, golf everywhere you look.  If you 
have ever seen the TV commercials for The Villages, I can only tell 
you they do not do justice to the real thing.

$500 security deposit and $75.00 cleaning fee will be added to final
