$500 Security deposit required to hold (which is refundable no later than 14 days after your stay if
no damage) A $200.00 cleaning fee is part of the $500.00 deposit and is not refundable.
*Summer rates are negotiable but water and electricity not included in any negotiated price during
summer months.
