Here you’ll find an inviting open floor plan with a huge living room, dining room and family room. Elegant 24” hi-gloss Saturnia marble tile covers the living areas, dining room, kitchen and bathrooms. Wireless Internet and flat screen LCD televisions are available for your every entertainment need.  An interesting assortment of books and DVDs line the bookshelves of I Feel Good’s all new Ethan Allen furniture collection.

Enjoy the sunshine on your own private dock and watch the boats go by or take a dip in your pool. The outdoor kitchen area is fully equipped with a grill, refrigerator and sink, the perfect setup for outdoor entertainment and fun.

The indoor kitchen is well appointed with dual stainless steel ovens, a huge side-by-side Maytag refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and stove; and offers an assortment of cooking oils, spices, high-quality cookware plus anything else you might need. Sliding windows open up to connect the pool, hot tub and ocean canals essentially creating a most unique space for easy and carefree entertaining.

The open floor plan at the “I Feel Good” house includes three large bedrooms on opposite ends of the house - all with their own bathrooms. Each bedroom comes with elegant hardwood flooring. Sleeping accommodations for up to 9 people include 2 king size beds, 1 high full size bed , one portable bed and two 10 foot designer sofas.

May 1st until October 31st = $2,500.00+ per week
November 1st until April 31st = $3,000.00 per week

Holidays (Christmas, New Year, Easter) = $3500 per week
