17th Heaven is a single story Villa in Sandpiper Village overlooking 
the 17th  Green of the Links golf course.  Completely remodeled,  
this 2 bedroom-2 bath + Den, deluxe Villa (1500 sq.  ft.) offers all 
the amenities you expect at a deluxe resort but, with the privacy of 
a home.  An oversized screened porch and adjacent patio overlooking 
the golf course is the perfect location for a quiet morning coffee 
or family gathering for a BBQ.  Our Villa is within walking distance 
of everything, but you may choose to bike or use the complimentary 
resort tram.    We furnish a resort amenity card so that you may 
enjoy all that Sandestin has to offer.  Bring your toothbrush and 
beach towels,  that’s all you’ll need to discover a unique lifestyle 
on the bay, beach and fairway!  Our Villa offers deluxe furnishings…
