A relaxing Florida getaway! The Coconut Palm Beach house is
a four bedroom, two bath, full eat-in kitchen, livingroom,
diningroom home. It's a family home away from home nestled in an upscale, quiet North Clearwater Beach neighborhood.
Coconut Palm includes accommodations for ten people.  there is room for twelve if necessary. 
The backyard pool is heated by an electric heat pump -- not solar, making the temperature is well regulated for comfortable swimming in the cooler months. Pool area includes a
child safety fence for security. 
The home is a short walk away from the white sands and
warm gulf waters of Clearwater Beach, consistently voted as one
of the country's leading beaches. Take in shelling along the shore or
maybe catch a glimpse of bottlenose dolphins swimming nearby.

Relax poolside at this home's private backyard pool.
Stay under the covered table if you prefer the shade.
Keep in touch with wireless internet access or catch
a cable channel on our flat screen television. These amenities are provided
free of charge.   This house also has central air conditioning throughout. 
Take a stroll over to the bird sanctuary where pelicans, herons,
eagles and other sea birds flock.

The restaurants and shoppes of Clearwater Beach are one mile from this home.  This Beach prides itself as a family beach. Parasailing,
charter fishing, dolphin and dinner cruises are a few of the many activities
offered here.
A vacation on Clearwater Beach is not complete without seeing
a spectacular ocean sunset from the shore or from Pier 60. The Pier offers
daily festivals at sunsets with music, artisans, and craftspeople celebrating the end of the day.
Or simply walk along the new beach walk and foot bridge near Pier 60.
Take in a meal of Florida's famed grouper or stone crabs when in season
May through November.
Busch Gardens is located about one hour away. The theme
parks of Orlando are less than two hours away.

The rates vary on the season starting from $1350 a week to
$3300 depending on the time of year.  Saturday weekly bookings strongly preferred especially from February - August.  Saturday check ins or check outs available.  
The Coconut Palm Beach House is available for monthly rentals, especially September - November. It's a great time for overseas travelers.
$400.00 deposit secures dates. Please be sure of your dates, this deposit is non-
refundable.

12% tourism tax applicable
$500 - 1000.00 Refundable security deposit required. Security deposit is returned 15
days after departure. Refunded full deposit if there are no negligent damages, no missing
items, and no extensive additional cleaning costs past 4 hours.
We offer travel insurance to protect against unforseen circumstances such as trip cancellation.
