House with Caribbean Ocean View on 7 Acres w/Gourmet Meals* in Puerto Rico

Come on down to Puerto Rico for some fun or to visit family -
My house is a newer American style house (this is a house, not an apartment)
just 3 miles from the ocean and in a country setting on 7 acres with
two newly remodeled bathrooms. Gourmet meals available at extra cost - see rates area for more info.
Spectacular view of the Caribbean Sea from the wrap around deck, view
to the back of open country and beautiful sunsets (see pics below).
Always has a good tropical breeze and nice place to just come and
relax. Quick freeway access to go out and see the island, visit
family around the island or to have them come party with you. Near to
nice restaurants and grocery stores.
Huge Master Bedroom - it is half the house - with 2 Queen Sleigh Beds in hotel style
setup - with Serta Imperial Pillowtops and one small bedroom with 1 Queen Bed
with Serta sleeps up to 6 adults. House is fully furnished
and equipped with the necessities.
Guayama/Salinas (Aguirre is the community) is on the south side of Puerto Rico straight below
San Juan. Just 45 minutes from San Juan (not during traffic time),
one hour from SJ Airport & 30 minutes from Ponce, with quick freeway
access.
Near to the panoramic mountain route, beaches, and small quaint towns.
Just 2 miles from Chi Chi Rodriguez's new golf course 'El Legado' and
just 8 miles to the Olympic Training Center "Albergue Olí­°ico". This
is a different part of the island than San Juan. It is a good place
to meet the island locals and to be away from the hustle and bustle of
the cities.
Located between Guayama & Salinas at Carr. 706 (Aguirre Exit #90 and #91) and
Carr 53. Near Salinas Race Track. Non-smoking house, smoking on
outside porch o.k.
Please note the house is not totally completed on the outside yet
- there are a few cosmetic things to be done yet such as cement
facing work on the bottom, painting, glass blocks in the corner
balcony openings, tiles on the outside balcony and a better rail.
If you are picky about appearances then this is not the house
for you.

Non-smoking house - outside on porch o.k. There is a high velocity
fan to move the hot air out of the house when you get back from seeing
the island.
Kitchen is cold water only as are most households in PR.
Please note - this is Puerto Rico - electricity is not always readily
available (but not too often anymore) but we have a generator in case
of extreme outages. Stay is at your own risk during hurricane season
as is the case with any property in a hurricane area (June 1 - Dec 1
about).

Carite Forest Reserve
Carite is a 6,000-acre reserve with a dwarf forest that was produced
by the region's high humidity and moist soil. The highest point is
Cerro La Santa, at 3,000 feet. From several peaks there are
panoramic views of Ponce and the Caribbean Sea. Fifty species of
birds live in the forest, making this spot a recognized area for
birding. Facilities includes: a picnic area and 10 campgrounds
(permit is necessary for camping).

Weekly Summer Rate $625 + $50 cleaning (May 15 - Sep 14)
Extra persons over 6 are $100/person per week.  Extra night is $100.
Monthly - Winter $2100, Summer $2400 (pay by check or money order only)
Internet Available (wireless broadband card for laptop) $50/week
+ $150 security deposit.
There are no additional charges unlike all other units in Puerto Rico
other than what is listed above.

American Style - Hamburger patties with buns to put on the BBQ, hot dogs,
