Vacation Rental Description

You will love this exceptional, second-floor, Gulf-front unit 
offering spectacular Gulf views from the master bedroom, living room, 
dining, kitchen, and large, private balcony. This unit has 
beautifully renovated kitchen and baths, featuring upgraded tile 
floors, fixtures, cabinetry, and lighting, with upgraded tile floors 
and area rugs.  For the 2007 season we purchased a new sleeper sofa and 
new loveseat, and for the 2008 season a new dining table and chairs.

In addition to the "like-new" appearance of this condominium, you 
will be delighted with the spaciousness and the two, separate, 
bedroom suites - perfect for a family or for two couples to share.  
Enjoy the many amenities, including heated pool and seasonal 
complimentary beach chairs (2) and umbrella setup throughout your 
stay.

Our unit includes master bedroom with new Sealy Posturepedic king-
size bed, secondary bedroom with two twin beds, one queen-size sofa 
sleeper, and two full bathrooms.  It is perfect for families, with 
bed rails available for the guest room twin beds and a selection of 
family and childrens' movies.

Located on Seagrove Beach overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, on the 
Panhandle of Florida. The area is known for its beautiful, turquoise 
waters and white-sand beaches. Seagrove beach is a beautiful, quiet 
beach ideal for families and couples.

Our unit is only one mile from Seaside. Across the street is a 
convenience store, pizza place, video/DVD rental shop, and bike 
rentals. It is an easy walk to fine dining at Cafe 30A, Angelina's, a 
seafood market, and the best take-out deli in town.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The Complex includes a Heated Pool, Gas Grills, Gated Beach Access, 
Elevators, Luggage Carts; Our Non-smoking Unit includes Two Cable 
TVs, two VCRs, DVD player, Stereo with CD Player, Phone, and free 
wireless Internet access.  Parking Passes for two vehicles are 
included, Unit includes Air Conditioning, Full Kitchen with 
Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Ice Maker, Cooking Utensils 
provided, Linens provided, Washer and Dryer.

FREE wireless internet for your laptop computer!

Renters must be at least 25 years of age, and this is verified at 
check-in.  Sorry, but NO SMOKING and NO PETS.

Mar 22 - Apr 11, 2008:  $1380/week (weekly only, Saturday to Saturday)
Apr 12 - May 23, 2008:  $190/night .. $1140/week (3 night minimum)
May 24 - Jun 20, 2008:  $1410/week (weekly only, Saturday to Saturday)
Jun 21 - Aug 01, 2008:  $1620/week (weekly only, Saturday to Saturday)
Aug 02 - Aug 31, 2008:  $1140/week (weekly only, Saturday to Saturday)
Sep 01 - Oct 31, 2008:   $160/night .. $960/week (3 night minimum)
Nov 01 - Feb 28, 2009:   $135/night .. $675/week (3 night minimum)


Seasonal Winter Rentals are welcome and monthly rates are 
negotiable.  Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without 
notice.  Rates in US dollars, excluding tax.  There is no cleaning 
fee for weekly rentals.

50% of the rental fee is due within 10 days of making the 
reservation. Payment in full is due 14 days prior to check-in, along 
with a $275 refundable damage deposit. The damage deposit will be 
returned 2-3 weeks after your stay is complete if there was no damage 
to the unit or its contents. 

We supply linens, towels, and a starter supply of paper products and 
soaps.
