Vacation Rental Description

Waimanalo Beach House is a lovely home along beautiful six mile long 
white sand Waimanalo Beach. Waimanalo Beach is located on Hawaii's 
main island, Oahu, and is just 25 minutes from Honolulu 
International 
Airport and famous Waikiki Beach. This three bedroom, two bath home 
has beautiful views of the beach, the pali cliffs, and the sunrise. 
There is also a separate cottage included with its own queen size 
bed, bathroom with stand up shower and cable TV.

Magnificent views of several off shore islands and the morning 
sunrise offer an inspiring start to each day. This is your own piece 
of paradise, and whether it is a honeymoon, adventure, or family 
holiday, it has it all. Facilities include a modern new kitchen with 
granite countertops and kohler plumbing fixtures, fully equipped, 
bamboo floors, jacuzzi tub, outdoor hot and cold shower and three 
built-in barbecue pits.

Vacation Rental Rates

These rates are now through Dec. 15, 2006
Standard 2006 rates:$600 per day (this includes the cottage) with a 
minimum stay of 4 days plus 
11.416% state tax and $200 cleaning fee.

Christmas (December 15 to January 5): $700 per day plus 11.416% 
state tax and $200 cleaning fee.

Jan 6 to May 15, 2007: $600 per night
May 16, 2007 to Sept 15, 2007: $650 per night
All rates plus tax and cleaning fee are for 2006.
