3200 square feet inside the home and 1000 square foot in outdoor 
covered decking in travetine,c/w circular lounge and TV. partial 
view of The Strip and Mountains. misters for  warm days, Beautiful 
Landscaping, waterfalls,lagoon pool, total privacy.

The home is 9 miles from The Strip straight down Desert Inn rd. The 
Crossroads are Fort Apache and Sahara. Adjacent to Summerlin, West 
of The Strip.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Included with the home is Cable TV,high speed Wireless Internet 
Access,  HD..& TVs in every area, cooking appliances, and so much 
more!The pool is not heated in winter weather 35. per day, nov 15.to 
mar. 30th to heat in winter,... 25. from mar 30th to may 15th and 
oct1st to nov.15th. The spa is heatedall year, please 
inquire aboat this.
