Beach Cottage with Garden/Ocean Views in Fire Island

2 bedroom oceanview beach house for 1-2 couples one house from
beach. Master bedroom - cedar paneled, sliding glass door facing
ocean furnished with 50's collectibles, satellite/flat screen TV/DVD, queen bed, ipod dock, internet.  Second bedroom wood with cathedral ceiling, 5 windows, double bed, built-in reading area. Sunny outdoor decks, one facing ocean, one facing a fragrant rose garden. Magnificent roof deck with ocean and bay views and amazing chaises. Kitchen has stainless steel appliances with bar-stool counter as well as separate dining area. Van service or LIRR 90 minutes from NYC plus ferry ride from Bayshore, LI to Ocean Beach. Quiet, charming, owner-occupied community. No cars are allowed on the island, access by
ferry only.
Unfortunately, children are not allowed as the house has not been
child-proofed.
Non-barking dogs are permitted. Property fenced
to exclude deer.

What I have available is the following:

Monday, Aug 10 - Friday, Aug 14th = $1,800

Saturday, Aug 29 - Friday, Sept 4th = $2,500

and mid-weeks in October = $850

Water view roof deck, screened-in porch, inside and outside showers,
washer/dryer, BBQ grill, CD/audio system and CDs, telephone with
answering machine, ceiling fans in every room, satellite/flat screen TV/DVD, ipod dock, internet, coffeemaker, microwave, cooking utensils, deck furniture and
umbrellas, beach chairs/umbrellas, towels and linens.

From $1,800 for Monday through Friday in season to $2,800 for a seven day
week. The majority of rentals are Monday through Friday. Off-season rates are lower.
You should definitely consider off-season -- much quieter and you'll have the beach all to yourself.

November through March.
