Prime Orcas location. Immaculate, sunny, south-facing view home near Rosario Resort and Moran State Park on fabulous Orcas Island. This privately located  (not in a subdivision!) home is situated on over half an acre far back from the road . The large (over 2,000 sq ft) home has 1,000 sq feet of deck. The varied topography of the property allows for playing horseshoes or frisbee on the flat, grassy area or exploring the wonders of the forest and wildlife viewing.

3 bedrooms/3 baths. Master with queen bed and Jacuzzi tub, second master bedroom "suite" with deck & private entrance, bath, queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, recliner, TV/VCR/DVD, fireplace, refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot. The "suite" can also double up as a second living area and is an ideal place for kids to watch movies or play games while adults are enjoying some quiet "look at the amazing view" time! Third bedroom with 2 twins (king bed convertor option), bath.

dining room, gourmet kitchen, bedrooms or the 2 large decks. This
comfortable, immaculate and fully equipped home, has everything to

Low season  up to June 22 '12, and after Sept. 7, 2012,  $1,150 (1-2 persons/1 bedroom), $1,375 (3-4 persons/2 bedroom,  $1,575 (5-6 persons/3 bedrooms) week. 

Low season nightly rate $175 1-2 persons/1 bedroom, $215 3-4 persons/2 bedrooms, $250 5-6 persons/3 bedrooms. 3 night minimum preferred.

Low season $20/night  additional persons (over 6), up to 8  max.

Multiple week stay discounts offered.

Holidays $250/night (NewYear,Pres.,Memorial,Thanksgiving,Xmas).

Suite only (perfect for singles or couple) $125/night, 2 night minimum.

Cleaning included high season weekly and low season 3 day &  > rentals.

Pets: $20/night plus refundable pet security deposit.
