Vacation Rental Description

This is a nice and confortable house in front of the beach with a  
nice pool, and a lot of sand, so you can spend a relaxing time in  
the sea or the pool. 
 
1 minute by car you can find a church, food stores,  
market, drugstores,ciber café, sea food, restaurants and laundry  
service. 
 
Buses travel to Progreso continuously, where you can go to the  
MALECON, an extraudinary place to spend the day and eat delicious  
sea food in many restaurants located there. 
There are some Vans called Combies that you can also take if you do  
not want to use buses. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

-4 rooms, each with its ceiling fan. 
The master bedroom has a king size bed  
Other bedroom has 3 beds, 
and the other 2 with 2 twins beds each. 
Also, each bedroom has hooks for hammocks.

-We will leave you a cellphone available. 
 
-TVs 
 
-Stereo. 
 
-Living room, with satelite TV 
 
-Dining room 
 
- Kitchen fully equipped. (freezer, refrigerator, stove, electric  
coffee maker, microwave, blender, dishes, glasses, silverware ) 
 
-front beach terrace with pool 
 
-hot and cold running water. 
 
-cars garage. 
 
-We will provide bath stuff for 1 week. 
 
-Also we provide linens and bath towels. 

Activities and Attractions

If you like to go fishing, you can arrange it with me. 
 
You can access the internet just one block away from the house. 
 
You can also go to the ruins Chichen and Uxmal, they are not too far  
away from Chicxulub. 
 
Merida is 25 minutes away. 
 

Vacation Rental Rates

Reservation Deposit 50%, (Negotiable) 
 
1 Month (September to June) -- 2,400 USD. 
Holy & Easter -- 1,300 USD 1 week. 
EXTRA DAY 100 USD. 
If you like to go fishing, you can arrange it with me. 
 
Transportation from airport to beachhouse $40 
The payment does not include laundry cost.
