$1000 for one or two people for discounted fee of House share and
your own master bedroom This is a big 1.4 million dollar home on
the coast, not a small rental.

Nightly special for April and May, 1- $89 nt, 2-$99, one room, for additionaloccupants can add one more room.

$2500 for one or two persons exclusive home rental off peak season
3500 peak seasons and holidays
$27500 for three to four persons off peak
$3000 for five to six off peak
$3500 a week for 7 to 10 off peak
$3750 a week for 10 to 12 off peak
Peak rates vary based on summer and holiday availability.
Room rentals available for discounted rates.
Utility deposi, pro rated for usage. $100 per week for one or two.
$150 for 3-4. $200 4-6, or pro rated per group for usage.
Home professional cleaned before and after included with fresh
linens
and towels. Additional maid cleaning available on request.
Security deposit 50% with application for reservations.
