Located in the prestigious Mission Hills Country Club (home of the
Kraft/Nabisco Golf Tournament) in the beautiful city of Rancho
Mirage. Gated community .
Beautiful, quiet, end unit great view of the lake and mountains, 60"

This very spacious, quiet, end unit, one-level villa (1100 square
feet) has wood beamed cathedral ceilings thoughout. Free unlimited long distance phone calls to US, Canada and Puerto Rico.
Two-car garage and the use of 2 mountain bikes. Great view
of the lake and fountain and surrounding mountains.
Large tree shading the patio, in addition to a covered patio with
love seat and 2 overstuffed chairs, there is an outside dining table
that seats 4 with umbrella, outside misters, gas grill as well as a gas heater for those cool winter nights. The other patio has 2 chaise lounge chairs for sunbathing. Rafts for the pool, beach towels.
Tile floors thoughout the villa, plantation shutters, a gas-fireplace, wireless connection, new as of Nov 1, 2011 46" flat screen tv in living room(about 20 dvd movies) tv in bedroom with DVD, lots of books, new mattress and headboard as of 1/10/11,all linens included, hair dryer, bath robes, queen-size sleeper sofa, stacked Maytag washer and dryer in the kitchen, side by side refrigerator with ice maker in door, 5 burner electric flat top range and built-in microwave, new air conditioning and heating system.
New Dishwasher as of November 1, 2011 and canned lighting in both bathrooms, blender, waffle maker, crockpot, etc.
All linens and pool towels, steps to 4 pools and spas....
