Vacation Rental Description

Located in the prestigious Mission Hills Country Club (home of the 
Kraft/Nabisco Golf Tournament) in the beautiful city of Rancho 
Mirage. Gated community with 24-hour security.  
Beautiful, quiet, end unit great view of the lake and mountains, 60" 
tv, DSL connection. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

This very spacious, quiet, end unit, one-level villa (1100 square 
feet)has wood beamed cathedral ceilings thoughout, recently painted. 
Two-car garage and the use of 2 mountain bikes. A breathtaking view 
of the lake and fountain and surrounding mountains. 
Large trees shading the patio, in addition to a covered patio with 
love seat and 2 overstuffed chairs, there is an outside dining table 
that seats 4 with umbrella, outside misters, gas grill and a cafe 
table with 4 chairs and another umbrella on one patio. The other 
patio has 2 chaise lounge chairs for sunbathing. Rafts for the pool, 
beach towels.  If you can't find it, just let me 
know as I live nearby.
Tile floors thoughout the villa, plantation shutters, a gas-
fireplace, 60" tv with DVD,(about 20 dvd movies) tv in bedroom with 
DVD, lots of books and cookbooks, pillow-topped king-size 
bed with down pillows and top of the line linens, hair dryer,bath
robes, queen-
size sleeper sofa, washer and dryer in the kitchen, side 
by side refrigerator with ice maker in door, As of August 2007 new 
range and built-in microwave, new airconditoning and heating system. 
Dishwasher, blender, waffle maker, crockpot, etc.  
All linens and pool towels, steps to 4 pools and spas.....just bring 
your toothbrush and sunscreen.(I even have those too). This unit is 
better than home, not your average rental!!!

No facilites at Mission Hills are included with this rentel; the 
nearest golf courses are at the Westin Mission Hills Resort which is 
next door. Over 100 other golf courses are in the desert.
Eisenhower Medical Center....4 miles
Closest Casino....2 miles
Close to the River and El Paseo for fantastic shopping and 
restaurants, 5 miles.
Palm Springs Airport 7 miles, Ontario Airport 80 miles, LAX 130 
miles.
San Diego, 2 hours
Mexico, 2 1/2 hours

   Deposit:  $500 for a monthly/weekly rental.

   Cleaning Fee:  $100 (non-refundable)
