cottage with large open-air front porch is perfect for entertaining  
your Triple Crown guests! Cozy Living room with fireplace,tiled  
sunroom/office, all new Kitchen with self-cleaning oven, microwave,  
dishwasher, refrigerator, all gleaming hardwood floors, laundry room  
with washer and dryer, carport and fenced yard.   Bedding - 1 queen  
2 twin. Fresh Linens and departure cleaning included.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Fully furnished with upscale furnishings. 27" TV and DVD, Leather  
sofa, central heat/air, cable modem and cable tv provided. Stereo  
system. Porch Rockers. Fully stocked kitchen with glassware, cooking  
utensils, coffee pot, toaster, and some condiments.  Located in the  
middle of the "horse district" within walking distance to horse  
training facilities, Track Kitchen, downtown for superb dining and  
shopping, the library, museum and Hitchcock Woods, commonly  
called, "the woods", a fabulous 2,000+ acre forests located in the  
middle of downtown Aiken given to the city of Aiken and its people  
for their enjoyment by the infamous Thomas Hitchcock. Bring your  
horse and come enjoy this 2,000 acre preserve!  Boarding facilities  
are located nearby.

Vacation Rental Rates

Daily: $125 (minimum 3 day stay) 
Weekly: $825 
Monthly:$1850 
*Call for rates on premium holidays, i.e., Thanksgiving, Christmas,  
Masters, July 4th, Aiken Trials, etc. 
 
Corporate per diem accepted depending upon length of stay. 
$75 clean-up fee req'd for stays less than 30 days.
