Summer House on Burke's Beach in Marshfield

We are now booking the Summer of 2012.
Our house is right on Burke's Beach in Marshfield. Burke's Beach is
situated on the end of Duxbury Beach which is 7 miles of sandy beach. Walk out the door, and you are there! Cape Cod and Boston are both short drives away! In town are some great restaurants, golf courses, shops, parks, and the
Marshfield Fair in August. Plymouth Rock, Martha's Vineyard and
whale watching cruises are some other nearby favorites!
This charming Cape Cod style house is two stories with a wood
shingled exterior. Inside you will find hardwood floors, french
doors opening into a dinning room and kitchen with granite counters,
a master bedroom with stunning ocean views and a private deck
perfect for viewing amazing sunrises.
The House sleeps 6 people. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs there is a
queen bed in the master bedroom, a full bed in the second bedroom
and 2 twin beds in the third bedroom. The house has 2 full baths,
and 2 decks, one off the master bedroom and a wrap around deck
downstairs. The house is fully furnished. There is a washer and
dryer, towels and linens, a tv/vcr, cable, dvd/cd player, coffee
maker, microwave, etc.
Saturday-to-Saturday rental. In after 3:00PM, out by 9:00AM
However, if you book two weeks or more, in Saturday after 3:00 PM
and out the last Friday by 9:00 PM.
We require a signed Lease Agreement to book your week,
and a Security Deposit before check in.

Washer/Dryer, all linens included, fireplace, dishwasher, microwave,
coffeemaker, cooking and eating utensils provided, TV/VCR

Now accepting rentals for 2012. A 25% non-
refundable reservation deposit required to hold your 2012 week.
May 2012 @ $1,600 per week **
June 2012 @ $1,700 per week
July 2012 @ $2,000 per week **
August 2012 @ $2,300 per week **
September 2012 @ $1,900 per week, except
first two weeks @ $2,300 holiday weeks
** Higher rates for Holiday weeks

Book two weeks back to back and recieve a 5% discount off the two consecutive weeks.
Monthly discount rates available.
Winter rental rates for 2011 - 2012 is available upon request.
