Vacation Rental Description

This beautifully appointed home, in desirable location, is wrapped 
on 2 sides with a pergola having tall columns and surrounded by 
wildflowers, tall pines, deer and pileated wood peckers. You will 
feel the warmth and cozy atmosphere the minute you open the door 
with the sun filled open floor plan. Walk into the sunny cathedral 
entrance with tiled floor into a large fully equipped kitchen that 
opens onto the relaxing deck. The large 1/2 bath on the first floor 
accommodates the washer/dryer and the large full tiled bath on the 
second floor is filled with lots of sunshine. There is a nice 
separate library room with a small TV and books. 

This is a very comfortable home to spend your vacation away from the 
noise and traffic and a great base for exploring the Island and 
Acadia Park. You are only 1/4 mile to the ocean to launch your kayak.
 

Vacation Rental Amenities

My new home is fully equiped with all amenities that one would 
expect and more. Linens provided, Wireless internet available for 
your laptop, outdoor grill, 2 tvs, coffee grinder, iron/iron board, 
books,Games and patio furniture. Master bedroom is roomy with a new 
queen bed with walk in closet and windows facing the forest and 
sunset. Second bedroom having a set of twins is roomy and 
comfortable also with a walk in closet and enjoys the lovely morning 
sun.  SMOKE free home  WIRELESS Internet

Activities and Attractions

There is  Acadia National Park with hiking trails and over 50 miles 
of carriage roads for biking, fresh water lake with sand beach, 
whale watching, sailing, fishing, tours, golfing, great restaurants, 
theaters, and shop until you drop or just sit and relax. If you 
prefer, Utilize the Island Explorer, a free eco-friendly bus shuttle 
service. But, don't forget the beautiful sunsets and sunrises from 
the top of Cadillac Mountain.

Rates are $1,050/week in June.
July, August $1350/week.
September/October $1,000
